Christopher Long
is a celebrated author, show biz analyst, award-winning musician, entertainment personality and international missionary. Referred to once as "the rock and roll Erma Bombeck," Long is known for his conversational, common sense writing style and possessing a passion for sharing his unique pop culture perspectives.
The author of three non-fiction titles, A SHOT OF POISON (CG Publishing 2010), C'MON! (Digital Books International 2012) and SHOUT IT OUT LOUD (Digital Books International 2014), Long released his Christian fiction debut, SUPERSTAR in 2019 via Moonshine Cove Publishing. His next non-fiction title, DRUM JUNKIE, currently is in development.
Long also contributes lively content to the popular entertainment news outlets, Ink19.com and V13.net (formerly PureGrainAudio.com). He has written previously for MuenMagazine.net and the Florida-based print publications, BREVARD LIVE, THE BUZZ and JAM! As an in-demand DJ, Long often can be found in an array of nightclub settings throughout Florida's east coast and on various concert stages fronting his rock group, DL Serios or playing drums in the country band, Blue Diamond.
When not writing or performing, Long has enjoyed fulfilling roles in global missions work and local youth ministry programs.
Raised in Missouri's rugged Ozark Mountains and on Florida's sunny Space Coast, Christopher Long currently lives near Cocoa Beach.
